Adopt from us
All cats and kittens available for adoption have been health-checked by a vet and come desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated.
There is an adoption fee of $250 per cat or $400 per kitten (due to additional vaccinations required). Discounts are offered if adopting two kittens or cats (because cats usually love a feline friend). You'll receive a complimentary bag of food to help get your new family member started.
Indoor only homes
Indoor cats live on average 10 years longer than those who are kept outdoors or live as indoor/outdoor cats. We have a strict indoor-only adoption policy to help protect adopted cats from many threats such as: being hit by a car, fighting with other cats and dogs, transmittable illness and diseases, being poisoned or hurt by humans, or getting lost. It also prevents any potential threat to Australian wildlife and will help keep your vet bills down too!
Our Adoption Process
We have a very thorough adoption application and process. This is to ensure the best homes for our rescues who have had a rough time on the streets of Sydney or have been abandoned by their previous humans. Our priority is to keep them from further trauma or mistreatment.
Our adoption process is as follows:
Complete an adoption form
Phone interview with adoption coordinator
Meet and greet with your selected cat/kitten
Home visit
Adoption trial (2 week period)
Cooling off period
All adoptions have a 14 day cooling off period. If for any reason the adopted kitten/cat is unsuitable during this time, we will happily accept the kitten/cat back and provide you with a 50% refund.
Lifetime rehoming policy
If you find yourself in a position where you need to rehome a kitten or cat you’ve adopted from us, we will be more than happy to discuss what options are available to best help you and your cat.
